Reserve your unit

Please fill out the Contact Form so that we are able to easily communicate with you. Be sure to provide all the requested information so that we can better serve your needs.

We will forward you our updated Availability List, the Reservation Agreement and the Purchase and Sales Agreement promptly.

Please mail back the executed Reservation Agreement with a $ 10,000 USD (non-refundable) reservation deposit to our office.

Purchase your unit

Please mail your executed Purchase and Sale Agreement with your first payment, as indicated on the Purchase and Sale Agreement, to our office within 30 days from the date of your reservation.

Payment schedule:

  • 10% due and payable on signing of contract (the reservation fee will be deducted from your first payment)
    To be held in escrow with Stewart Title until official Groundbreaking Ceremony
  • 25% due and payable on ground breaking
  • 25% due and payable at the time of the completion of the pouring of concrete on the third floor of the building where the purchased unit is located, and
  • 40% due and payable at closing
  • Closing cost: around 4 % of the purchase price

Insurable Title will be delivered by the Sponsor at the closing.

Construction updates will be forwarded to you on a regular basis.


The Mortgages will be available upon completion of construction.
